Ultima specializes in experiential event services and in-person promotions. We create vibrant, live-interaction campaigns that connect brands with their audiences, turning first impressions into loyal customers.
Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering experiential sales & marketing campaigns and live events for Ultima clients.
- Represent client brands at events, pop-up stands, trade shows, or promotional activations, engaging directly with customers.
- Gain and maintain detailed product knowledge to inform and educate customers.
- Facilitate in-person customer sign-ups, purchases, or contract commitments at events.
- Maintain and manage inventory of promotional materials and displays.
- Build genuine rapport with customers, understand their needs, and answer any questions confidently and professionally.
- Provide feedback and insights on customer interactions and campaign performance.
- Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and customer-service skills in every interaction.
