About The Role :
Take charge of excellence in production and lead a high-performing team toward operational success. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you’ll oversee multiple production shifts, optimize processes, and mentor leaders to deliver consistent results in quality, cost, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and manage daily operations across multiple shifts and work centers.
- Lead and develop Operations Managers and Supervisors to meet production and quality objectives.
- Coordinate with HR, Scheduling, and Quality teams to ensure seamless manufacturing operations.
- Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and process optimization.
- Monitor capacity planning and workflow efficiency to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with proven leadership in operations.
- Strong understanding of Lean and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Skilled in capacity planning, product flow, and process enhancement.
- Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Vehicle license.
