About The Role
Join our Float Pool team as a Healthcare Assistant, delivering high-quality care across multiple units including MedSurg, Critical Care, and Emergency. You’ll practice independently, manage complex clinical situations, and support patient safety, documentation, and throughput. This role offers flexibility and variety in assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care using assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation
- Administer medications and monitor treatment outcomes
- Educate patients and caregivers on care plans and resources
- Ensure accurate documentation and chart interpretation
- Support patient flow, safety, and unit operations across departments
Qualifications:
- RN License (state or compact) & BLS required
- BSN preferred
