BDC Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and urgency
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on customer appointments
• Re-schedule missed appointments and maintain consistent customer communication
• Generate business through proactive outreach to previous, current, and potential clients
• Assist customers in setting appointments to view or purchase vehicles
• Provide exceptional support for vehicle selection and dealership services
• Respond promptly to online leads, emails, chats, and other digital inquiries
• Act as a liaison with third-party automotive buying services
• Keep accurate records and report progress regularly
• Forward messages to the appropriate department and ensure timely customer follow-up
• Stay informed on new vehicles, features, and dealership promotions
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions
