**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced and skilled Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry, with a focus on powertrain and mechanical knowledge. This is a hands-on role that requires a high level of expertise in diagnosing and repairing complex issues. **Responsibilities:** - Utilize schematics to diagnose and repair complex issues with vehicles - Utilize hand tools and welding techniques to complete repairs - Demonstrate a strong understanding of mechanical knowledge and ADAS systems - Maintain a clean and organized workspace - Provide accurate auto estimating for repairs - Collaborate with dealership technicians and other team members to ensure efficient service - Align and balance vehicles as needed - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair techniques - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues - Perform routine maintenance and inspections **Experience:** - Proven experience as a Master Technician or similar role - Strong background in the automotive industry, with a focus on powertrain and mechanical knowledge - Experience with ADAS systems and dealership procedures - Familiarity with hand tools and welding techniques - Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and customer service skills - Experience with auto estimating software - Experience with schematics and technical diagrams - Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace - Willingness to stay up-to-date on the latest technology and repair techniques
