What are the responsibilities and job description for the LCS Project Controls Lead position at Tarvos Talent?
We’re currently partnering with a leading global engineering & construction organization to identify an experienced LCS Project Controls Lead to support a growing portfolio of lifecycle services projects.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work closely with project leadership to drive cost control, forecasting, and schedule performance across complex, fast-paced projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead project controls functions including cost tracking, forecasting, and scheduling
- Monitor project performance and provide variance analysis and reporting
- Partner with project managers and operations teams to ensure projects stay on track and on budget
- Support earned value analysis (EVM) and project performance metrics
- Identify risks and opportunities and help drive proactive solutions
What We’re Looking For
- 8 years of experience in project controls, cost control, or scheduling
- Background in EPC, energy, or industrial environments
- Experience with cost forecasting, and project reporting
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional teams
