We’re partnering with a global engineering & construction organization to identify a Project Finance Director to support large-scale, complex projects across a growing portfolio.
This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll partner directly with project and executive teams to drive financial performance, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead financial oversight for large, complex projects ($100MM )
- Own forecasting, budgeting, and cost-to-complete (CTC) analysis
- Partner with project leadership to drive profitability and margin improvement
- Provide financial reporting, variance analysis, and risk assessment to senior stakeholders
- Support cash flow management, billing, and working capital optimization
- Lead and mentor project finance teams
What We’re Looking For
- 10 years of experience in project finance, project accounting, or project controls
- Background in EPC, construction, energy, or industrial environments
- Strong experience with percentage-of-completion accounting and large-scale project financials
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and operate in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
