Essential Duties And Responsibilities
NOTE: You must fill out the work history and education sections of application to show you have years of experience/education as required by hiring department or be disqualified.
Tarrant County will conduct background checks on new hires that will include a criminal background check related to convictions and deferred adjudications in the past seven years and may include credit reports, motor vehicle records, employment records and educational attainment. A conviction or deferred adjudication is not an automatic bar to employment. Each case is considered individually.

While performing the duties of this position, the incumbent is regularly required to walk, stoop, stand, sit, bend, push and pull.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Images and films District Clerk records.
- Prepares documents for imaging.
- Ensures proper application targets are placed for scanning and retrieval accuracy and storage media.
- Indexes and verifies documents to ensure accurate archiving and retrieval ability in JIMS.
- Maintains image production reports.
- Assists with the supervision of part-time employees.
- Performs maintenance on imaging equipment.
- Performs all other related duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in a related field.
