We're Hiring: Accounting Ops Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting Ops Analyst to join our team in Plano, Texas. This role is essential to coordinate and perform master data functions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across our customer accounts and financial systems.

Location: Plano, TX 75024

Work Mode: Work From Office

Duration: March 31, 2026 to March 30, 2027

What You'll Do

• Maintain accuracy and timeliness in master data processes.
• Process account setups and change requests per service level agreements.
• Monitor customer data for compliance with standards.
• Manage workflow and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Generate KPI and account analysis reports.
• Provide guidance on master data processes to internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and customers to resolve issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements independently.
• Perform root cause analysis on SAP S4/MDG data discrepancies.
• Act as liaison between functions and communicate changes effectively.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma required, some college preferred.
• Strong knowledge of master data processes and systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency in other Office tools.
• Understanding of Accounts Receivable workflows.
• SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
