Business Ops Analyst I
- Handle incoming chargebacks, review supporting documentation, perform research, and enter representments for multiple networks on the acquirer side.
- Process pre-arbitration cases on behalf of clients with minimal supervision.
- Manage outgoing chargebacks to resolve cardholder dispute cases for issuing processing banks.
- Process both issuer and acquirer exception items efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of Chargeback and Retrieval regulations for Visa, Mastercard,
- Assist with training others as appropriate.
- Perform other tasks within the department assigned during review period.
- Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
