About the Opportunity:Start Date: ASAPAssignment Length: 5 monthsSchedule: Monday to FridayHours: 9am to 5pmSetting: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday onsite)Responsibilities:Conduct organizational assessments and develop tailored support plans to strengthen CBO's capacity to screen Medicaid recipients and connect them to servicesDesign and develop capacity-building trainingDeliver technical assistance through 1:1 coaching, culturally relevant trainings, tools, site visits, and instructional resources, adapting support based on progress and emerging needs in accordance with tailored support plansSupport data collection and reporting; contribute to program learning by surfacing insights and lessons for the organization's broader health equity workAssist in securing capacity-building funds for staffing, equipment, and program supplies.Build and maintain strong relationships with partnersPerform other duties, as neededQualifications:3 years of related Human Resources experienceBachelor's Degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or a related fieldExperience designing and implementing Learning Experiences, Tools & Resources, and Instructional GuidanceKnowledgeable about Health Equity, Social Determinants of Health, Social Care Networks in New York City and/or StateProficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointSolid problem-solving and time management skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Familiarity with Medicaid policies, Billing practices, and the 1115 waiverExperience with Canva or other design toolsExperience in Community-based Health initiatives, Public Health, Public Administration, or a related field
