The role focuses on designing, developing, and managing instructional programs that enhance employee performance across the organization.About the Opportunity:Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid with the expectation to report onsite a minimum of 3 days per weekShift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (local time)Hours: 40 hours/weekSetting: Office and virtual learning environmentOther: Opportunity to work on cross-company training initiatives and instructional design projectsResponsibilities:The Instructional Designer will be responsible for:Designing and developing instructional materials, courses, and curricula using multimedia and current technologies.Conducting needs assessments and evaluating the effectiveness of courses and learning products.Collaborating with teams to implement training strategies, refresh course content, and integrate feedback.Facilitating learning sessions, presentations, and workshops, including executive briefings.Assisting in leading complex instructional design projects and mentoring team members on training delivery.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, Behavioral Sciences, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience2 years of experience in Instructional Design or related Training DevelopmentProficiency with LMS platforms, Multimedia Development tools, and Course Evaluation methodsAdvanced knowledge of Instructional Design principles, Adult Learning theories, and Educational PsychologyStrong organizational, research, analytical, and problem-solving skillsEffective verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate across all levels of the organizationDesired Skills:Experience in multi-media Training Development.Familiarity with financial products, services, and programs.Experience designing classroom, online, and independent learning programs.
