About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Part-time, flex with hours
- Hours: 16-20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Running aging reports
- Reaching out to past-due clients via email or call
- Collecting on past-due amounts
- Processing payments
- Assisting with processing invoices (AP), if needed
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of related work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with basic Accounting functions
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Able to multitask efficiently and effectively
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Experience in QuickBooks Desktop
