What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Assistant Apprentice, you’ll work alongside providers and nurses to support patient care and daily clinic operations. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position designed to help you gain the knowledge and confidence to succeed in a clinical environment.
You’ll learn how to:
- Prepare patients for exams and obtain vital signs
- Assist with procedures and lab testing
- Document visits in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Restock, clean, and organize exam rooms
- Support front-office functions such as scheduling and patient communication
With guidance from experienced professionals, you’ll build both clinical and administrative skills essential to a successful career in healthcare.
Program Details:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Program duration: 18-20 months
- Combines paid on-the-job training (OJT) with classroom-based Related Technical Instruction (RTI)
