What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Sales Representative
- Engage with customers through direct outreach, confidently and clearly introducing Frontier’s telecom services while creating a positive first impression.
- Recommend personalized solutions based on each customer’s needs—whether they’re seeking faster internet speeds, upgraded packages, or improved service options.
- Drive successful conversions by building rapport, addressing concerns, and effectively demonstrating the value of Frontier’s offerings.
- Maintain accurate daily documentation of customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback using digital tracking and reporting tools.
- Work collaboratively with your team to exchange best practices, solve challenges, and recognize collective wins.
- Stay informed on product updates, pricing adjustments, and promotional campaigns to ensure you consistently present the most competitive options.
- Represent Accelerated Strategies and Frontier with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity from the first interaction to the final sale.
