We are currently seeking Junior Account Managers who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow into leadership roles. As a Junior Account Manager, you will represent Frontier’s service offerings, guide customers through connectivity solutions, and support the execution of strategic sales initiatives. This role blends hands-on sales experience with early management exposure, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy coaching others, strengthening customer relationships, and contributing to team performance.
Junior Account Managers play an important role in maintaining service standards, reinforcing best practices in sales, and supporting representatives in the field. You’ll help ensure consistent execution across territories while developing the leadership skills needed to advance into account management and supervisory roles.
What You’ll Be Doing as a Junior Account Manager
- Support daily sales operations by assisting customers with product inquiries, service upgrades, and account enrollments while maintaining a professional, customer-first approach
- Present Frontier’s telecom services clearly and confidently, using consultative sales techniques to guide customer decisions
- Recommend personalized solutions based on customer needs, including faster internet, enhanced packages, or improved service options
- Drive sales conversions by building rapport, addressing concerns, and demonstrating long-term value
- Accurately document customer interactions, approvals, and account updates to support smooth onboarding and activation
- Support and mentor new team members by modeling effective sales conversations, leadership behaviors, and customer engagement standards
- Assist leadership with field execution, territory organization, and reinforcing consistent sales performance expectations
- Stay informed on product updates, pricing changes, and promotional campaigns to ensure competitive sales positioning
- Represent Tampa Accelerated and Frontier with professionalism, integrity, and leadership presence from first interaction through final sales close
- Consistently meet—and work to exceed—individual and team sales goals in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment
- Strengthen customer relationships through post-sale follow-up, service clarity, and ongoing account support
Junior Account Manager Qualifications
- Background in sales or customer service is helpful but not required; full training is provided
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead conversations, manage expectations, and support sales decisions
- Organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven with an interest in leadership and management development
- Motivated Junior Account Manager ready to take ownership of results and grow into account management or leadership roles
- Comfortable working in a team-based sales environment where accountability and growth go hand in hand
