What this Department does: The Maintenance Strategies department optimizes asset uptime and performance through the development and implementation of proactive, data-driven maintenance strategies that minimize unplanned downtime, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency and prioritize safety above all things.

Education
Student actively enrolled in a degreed program and attending classes related to Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering with an expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2028

Our internships are temporary full-time positions, in-person in our Lakewood office. We will host our Summer 2026 interns from May-August for 10 weeks.

What You Will Do
You can expect to
- Assist with the development of comprehensive equipment lists for system rollouts
- Support the creation of preventive and inspection maintenance tasks
- Help with data loading and migration for legacy assets
- Contribute to various maintenance strategy areas such as operational technology systems, planning and scheduling, and equipment analysis and automation
- Practical experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies
- Hands-on involvement in maintenance data analysis and reporting
- Collaboration with experienced maintenance and engineering professionals
- Exposure to industry-standard maintenance management and data integration tools
Education

- Basic understanding of maintenance concepts such as preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

- $27.12-$31.01 USD Hourly
- The final pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and working location. The total compensation package for this role may also include paid time off, a housing stipend and more.
