We are currently seeking a skilled and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for an opportunity in Denver, CO.Responsibilities:Work with the Property Manager to order parts needed to complete tickets and turnoversStrong experience and knowledge in the following tasks:Plumbing - sink/shower/toilet repair, replacing fixtures, unclogging drains (snaking when applicable)Electrical - replacing fixtures and switches, knowledge or proper safety protocol, rewiring when applicableCarpentry - patching holes, replacing doors/locks, hanging cabinetry, light touch-up paintingAppliances - help with installation of W&D, stoves (when applicable), installing garbage disposals, small repair.Qualifications:Previous experience in management, residential maintenance - apartments or hotelsMust have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at the propertyAbility to handle physical workloadEPA CertifiedHVAC Certified*Equal Opportunity Employer*All employees are subject to a background checkCompany DescriptionCareer Strategies, Inc. is an established, nationwide staffing firm celebrating our 35th year in business.
