Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and repair systems and equipment promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the property.
- Address work orders efficiently, ensuring resident satisfaction.
- Assist with apartment turnovers, including inspections, painting, and repairs.
- Collaborate with property management to identify maintenance priorities.
