Responsibilities
- Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
- Assessing patient mobility, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing in-home therapy to improve function, manage pain, and prevent falls.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, use manual therapies, and educate patients and their families on exercises and equipment to promote independence and a higher quality of life within the home environment
- Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals
Recent graduates with a state license will be considered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctor's degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Certification in Physical Therapy and valid state license to practice
