Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Current state licensure where required, or ability to obtain quickly
- Demonstrated clinical experience in ABA service delivery, including at least 4 years of in-person BCBA experience or at least 1 year of remote BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to independently manage a caseload in a remote environment
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting RBTs and caregivers virtually
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
