Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Part-Time | Maryland
Our client, an emerging ABA provider in Maryland, is seeking a part-time BCBA to support a growing client base. This is a flexible opportunity ideal for someone looking to supplement their current role while helping build a program from the ground up.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and provide clinical supervision
- Support treatment planning and ongoing case oversight
- Collaborate with a growing clinical and operations team
Schedule
- Starting at ~5–10 hours per week with strong growth potential
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Maryland LBA (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to complete some in-person visits (required)
Compensation
- Competitive hourly rate
- Travel support available for qualified candidates

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
- Current state licensure where required, or ability to obtain quickly
- Demonstrated clinical experience in ABA service delivery, including at least 1 year of BCBA experience
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to independently manage a caseload in a remote environment
- Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting RBTs and caregivers
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems
