BCBA Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and oversee clinical supervision for clients.
- Assist in developing and supporting treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
- Coordinate with the clinical and operations team to ensure quality service delivery.
- Manage a caseload starting with 1-2 cases, with potential for growth.
- Support clinical documentation and use telehealth platforms effectively.
BCBA Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Current state licensure in Maryland or the ability to obtain it.
- Demonstrated experience in ABA service delivery, with at least 1 year of BCBA experience.
- Ability to complete some in-person visits as required.
- Strong clinical judgment and comfort working independently in a remote environment.
