We’re partnering with our client to find a Center BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lakeland, FL) to support a TEMP TO PERM team. This opportunity offers flexible, hybrid work options in a clinician-owned ABA company based in Florida, with a focus on clinical support and autonomy. The role supports in-center, in-home, or community services, allowing you to choose how, when, and where you work.
Center BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lakeland, FL) Responsibilities:
- Provide oversight and direct clinical support for ABA programs across various settings.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Utilize telehealth platforms and electronic documentation systems to manage caseloads remotely.
- Support RBTs and caregivers through virtual training and supervision.
- Adapt clinical strategies to meet the needs of diverse client populations.
Center BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (Lakeland, FL) Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain it promptly.
- At least 4 years of in-person ABA experience or 1 year of remote BCBA work.
- Proficiency with telehealth technology and electronic data systems.
