JOB TITLE: Lube Order Entry Representative
LOCATION: Houston, TX
POSITION REPORTS TO: Lubes Order Entry Manager
SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm; some overtime may be required
COMPENSATION: Commensurate with experience and skills
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accurately enter lube orders into the system
· Verify order details and ensure all information is complete
· Maintain organized records of all orders processed
· Assist with basic customer inquiries related to order status
· Perform routine data entry and administrative tasks
· Other related tasks as assigned by manager
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
· Must be local (live within 60 miles or location), willingness to work in office
· Minimum of 6 months office environment experience
· Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and Word programs
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Good communication skills
· Ability to follow instructions and procedures
· Basic problem-solving skills
· Basic knowledge of SAP
PREFERRED
· Experience in the fuel, lube, and transportation industry
· Customer Service phone experience
