Job Responsibilities:
- Answer
inbound calls with a professional, upbeat tone that reflects our brand.
- Respond
to every new lead within 2 minutes during business hours.
- Manage
inbound leads across all channels including phone, web forms, online ads,
HomeAdvisor/Angi, website chat, referrals, canvassing uploads, social media
inquiries, etc.
- Qualify
and convert leads into booked appointments; Target 70% lead → appointment
conversion rate.
- Schedule
& confirm sales appointments. Own
the calendar, assign the right sales consultant, send confirmations, and follow
pre-appointment process.
- Manage
sales consultant schedules by coordinating availability, route efficiency,
reschedules, and daily dispatch.
- Perform
outbound follow-up with a minimum 10 calls per day to unconverted leads, past
customers, aging quotes, and warm pipeline.
- Generate
social proof by collecting two Google reviews/week through calls, text, and
automated follow-up.
- Capture at least two referrals per week with a respectful, value-based
ask.
- Metric
of fewer than one missed call per week through team coverage and rapid
callbacks.
- Maintain
100% CRM accuracy, correct notes, tags, lead source tracking, and next steps
inside HubSpot /AccuLynx.
- Support
Sales Operations by sending thank-you cards, follow customer touchpoint
sequences, and contribute to SOPs that improve customer experience.
Job Qualifications:
- At
least 18 years of age.
- Minimum
of two years of experience in a customer facing role with phone responsibility
(CSR, inside sales, dispatcher, coordinator, call center, etc.).
- Proven
experience working inside a CRM (HubSpot preferred, AccuLynx a plus).
- Comfortable
managing high-volume inbound and outbound call activity.
- Strong
written & verbal communication skills, with a professional and energetic
phone presence.
- Ability
to schedule, coordinate, and manage sales calendars without dropping details.
- Fast,
accurate data entry and note-taking — you don’t “forget to log it later”.
- Tech-comfortable,
able to learn new systems quickly, use multiple tabs/software at once, etc.
- Able
to work in-office four days per week and Saturday at home.
- Must be legal to work in the U.S. and pass employment
screening.
Salary : $65,000
