Responsibilities:
- Generate and follow up on leads for roofing and siding projects through office leads, canvassing, referrals, and networking
- Conduct in-home and on-site consultations to assess customer needs and provide accurate project estimates
- Present and sell roofing and siding products, materials, and service packages to homeowners
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with project managers and installation crews to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Stay current on roofing and siding products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- Prior experience in roofing, siding, or exterior home improvement sales preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing roof/property inspections
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Familiarity with estimating software or CRM tools is a plus
- Ability to build trust quickly and deliver excellent customer service
