Bohemia Manor Farm is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Banquet & Catering Servers to join our team of hospitality
professionals. As a Banquet & Catering Server, you will be responsible for
delivering exceptional food and beverage service during events such as
weddings, corporate meetings, galas, and private parties. You will play a key
role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing the attentive,
efficient, and courteous service our guests expect. While a background in the
hospitality industry is preferred, we will provide training for candidates who
reflect the values of our organization and have genuine desire to grow within
the VIVAMEE family.

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet
rooms according to event specifications (tables, linens, place settings, buffet
stations, décor)
- Greet guests
warmly and provide prompt, professional service
- Serve food and
beverages in a timely and organized manner
- Clear tables and
maintain cleanliness throughout the event
- Follow proper
food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Respond promptly
to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist with event
breakdown and reset of event spaces
- Collaborate with
kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service
- Follow all standard operating VIVAMEE procedures
(SOPs)
- Perform other duties as assigned by Banquet Captain and other
management
Job Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe certification preferred (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- At least one year of experience in the food & beverage/catering
industry is preferred
- At least one year working within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Excellent
customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
and team members
- Ability to
stand and walk for duration of shift
- Ability to
lift and carry forty pounds
- Ability to
work a flexible schedule, including nights & weekends
- Exceptional
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a diverse team
- TIPS
(Training for Intervention Procedures) certification is a plus (not required)
