Key Responsibilities
- Review bid documents, specifications, and drawings to define scope.
- Perform accurate takeoffs for structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
- Gather and evaluate vendor and subcontractor pricing.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and complete bid proposals.
- Participate in site visits and pre-bid meetings as needed.
- Support project handoff to Project Management and assist with scope clarifications.
- 5 years of related estimating experience.
- Strong knowledge of structural steel and miscellaneous metals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills and valid driver’s license.
