Senior Project Manager – Structural Steel

Location: Washington, DC area preferred, but open to remote candidates based on the East Coast

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 (based on experience)

A leading structural steel fabricator and erector is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial steel projects across the East Coast.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of structural steel projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate with detailers, engineers, and contractors to ensure schedules and deliverables are met.
• Oversee fabrication, delivery, and erection activities.
• Handle change orders, project costs, and client communications.
• Conduct field visits and resolve site-related issues.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5 years of project management experience with a structural steel fabricator/erector.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
