- Leading field operations on large-scale commercial roofing jobs
- Managing foremen and field crews, ensuring productivity and safety
- Overseeing labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track
- Collaborating with PMs, coordinators, and clients to drive results
- Representing the company in site meetings with GCs, owners, and engineers
- Enforcing all OSHA and job-site safety requirements
- Solving problems fast and keeping the job moving
- 5 years of commercial roofing superintendent experience
- Expertise in single-ply, asphalt, metal, cold & hot-applied systems
- Proven track record on complex or secure job sites (e.g., hospitals, occupied buildings, manufacturing)
- OSHA-certified with strong safety leadership
- Confident communicator (Spanish-speaking a plus)
- Comfortable with 50% travel
- Valid driver’s license eligible to work in the U.S.
