Salary is between $60,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.

In this role you will be responsible for the timely delivery of projects, managing quality, you will be the face of the company on the project and responsible for establishing a clear line of communication with the customers, field teams, office teams, subcontractors and suppliers throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Project management and scheduling
- Site supervision ensuring safety and quality
- Client relationship management
- Team leadership and problem-solving
- Documentation and continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- 3 years in a construction Superintendentrole
- 3 years' experience in commercial roofing (highly preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and roofing systems
- Proficiency in project management software
- OSHA certification preferred
