Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Large Forklift Operator (Manitou or Magni Rotating Telehandler) for an immediate opening in Cape Canaveral, FL.
40 hours per week and the potential for an extended assignment.
- PAY: $20.00–$25.00/hr. (based on experience)
- HOURS: Expected shifts will be 10.5-hour days starting at 7:00 AM
- SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday; approximately 40 hours per week
- START DATE: July 30, 2026
- DURATION: 1 month, with the potential for a longer assignment
Large Forklift Operator Job Description:
Operate a Manitou or Magni Rotating Telehandler to safely transport, lift, and position construction materials throughout the job site. Perform daily equipment inspections, follow all site safety procedures, and work closely with field personnel to support ongoing construction activities.
Qualifications for Large Forklift Operator:
- Previous experience operating Manitou or Magni Rotating Telehandlers
- Ability to safely move and position materials in an active construction environment
- Ability to follow site safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
- Must be able to safely use hand/power tools and PPE
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, walking, bending, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves
Additional Requirements:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site
- Must successfully pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen
- Must be able to pass the badging process and background screening
