Ecommerce Content Producer
Talento has partnered with a Miami-based company to hire an Ecommerce Content Producer. This role is responsible for building, launching, and optimizing promotional and personalized content across a high-traffic ecommerce website. The Ecommerce Content Producer brings digital merchandising strategies to life by translating marketing initiatives, product launches, and brand moments into engaging, conversion-driven front-end experiences across all devices.
This position owns the day-to-day execution, maintenance, and optimization of onsite content, ensuring experiences are visually compelling, technically sound, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. The role blends hands-on front-end production with close collaboration across marketing, creative, analytics, and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deploy front-end ecommerce content supporting promotions, sales campaigns, announcements, and brand initiatives.
- Execute personalization initiatives by developing audience segments, targeting rules, and decision logic informed by analytics and business priorities.
- Build and maintain onsite experiences using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within content management and experimentation platforms.
- Translate creative mockups, wireframes, and concepts into accurate, high-quality front-end implementations.
- Maintain and optimize existing site content to ensure accuracy, performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.
- Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Conduct quality assurance testing across browsers, devices, and operating systems; troubleshoot issues independently or partner with technical teams as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, brand, ecommerce, analytics, and technology teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure all onsite content and campaigns are properly tagged for reporting, analytics, and experimentation.
- Leverage insights from A/B testing, user behavior, and performance data to continuously improve onsite experiences.
- Support additional projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in ecommerce content production, front-end web development, digital merchandising, or digital marketing.
- Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and ecommerce or personalization platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, personalization, or experimentation tools preferred.
- Experience supporting mobile-first or mobile commerce experiences is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to cross-functional partners.
