🍪 We're Hiring: Part-Time Content Producer & Editor in Miami.
(Hybrid with 2-3 in person meetings per week)
Hours - 20-25 per week

Doughlicious – The London Dough Co. is looking for an outgoing, Type -A, creative diva, that can create epic content, has strong editing skills and knows what will perform on social platforms.
This is a part-time role (20–25 hrs/week) for someone who
→ Lives and breathes short-form video, has a keen eye for what stops someone scrolling, and genuinely gets our vibe: fun, witty, lick the screen indulgence, and a little bit extra.
→  Create scroll-stopping content that works across all social platforms, taking raw footage, UGC, and podcast clips and turn them into polished, engaging videoa. If you love editng, are witty, confident working with clear deliverables each week, then you will be perfect!
What you’ll do:
→ Produce and edit 4-6 short form videos weekly for tikTok Reels and paid
→ Turn all raw assets (from shoots, podcast sessions and UGC) into fast-paced, platform-native edits using CapCut or similiar, not all ai.
→ Work closely with our Social Media Community Manager to plan and deliver weekly content in line with our strategy
→  Stay plugged into trends and translate them into Doughlicious content
→  Be Witty and have fun - it is a pillar of the brand.
→  Ensure that all posts are executed and delivered on time.
What you bring:
→  Strong editing skills in CapCut or similar
→  Experience producing for TikTok & Reels
→  A proactive attitude — pitch ideas, make things happen
→  Bonus: experience editing branded content, ads or creator videos and CPG experience
