Director of Accounting

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Director of Accounting in the Viewmont, North Carolina area.  This position will oversee all operational Accounting and report directly to the company president.

This is a direct hire position, fully onsite position.
 

Job Highlights:

• Pay: $95,000 - $130,000/ annually depending upon experience
• Shift: Monday - Friday - Day Shift

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance to GAAP for the organization
• Oversee daily operational accounting to include budgeting, forecasting, month-end/quarterly/yearly closings, production of accurate financial statements/reporting
• Supervise and develop financial team for corporate accounting, AP, AR functions, auditing, and process improvements
• Monitoring of daily cash flow and credit applications
• Work with external firms for tax planning/compliance, insurance related
• Act as point of contact for any system (ERP) upgrades/optimizations, ad hoc projects, audits, new division/business setups and structuring

Education and Experience

• Proven strong experience in operational accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance ( Master's Degree preferred)
• CPA / CMA highly preferred 
• Strong knowledge of ERP and financial reporting systems
