You will drive strategy, team development, and execution for a respected market leader, leveraging collaboration across production, operations, and supply chain teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own and implement overall revenue strategy and execution across all primary sales channels, including retail, wholesale, builder, and strategic national accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and expand a multi-layered sales organization, fostering performance and accountability.
- Build and deepen relationships with major national accounts such as large distributors and home improvement retailers.
- Establish and execute both short- and long-term sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and production teams to align sales, demand planning, and inventory management.
- Direct pricing strategy, margin management, rebate programs, and contract negotiations to optimize profitability.
- Develop robust forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI reporting frameworks to drive visibility and results.
- Identify and capture opportunities in new markets, sales channels, and customer segments.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and executive customer meetings.
- Recruit, hire, and develop top sales talent within a high-performance culture.
- Provide strategic insights and regular updates to executive leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
- 10–15 years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or VP level).
- Extensive background in building products, manufacturing, or related industries (doors, windows, construction materials).
- Proven experience managing national accounts and relationships with big-box retailers (e.g., Home Depot, Lowe’s).
- Demonstrated success leading multi-channel sales organizations, including retail, distribution, and builder segments.
- Expertise in pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and sales operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience hiring, developing, and scaling high-performing, quota-carrying sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication skills, and executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree required.

- MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field.
- Experience with rebate program management and complex contract negotiations.
