π‘ The Role
Weβre looking for a Vice President of Sales to own and accelerate new mid-market revenue at TubeScience. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for a proven closer with deep experience in agency, media, or marketing services sales.
Youβll own the full sales cycle end-to-end β from activating your executive network to negotiating and closing seven-figure deals. Partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team, youβll also help shape TubeScienceβs go-to-market strategy as we scale.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth environments, leads with relationships, and knows how to turn trust into revenue.
π¬ What Youβll Do
πΌ Drive new revenue through outbound prospecting and existing executive relationships
π€ Own complex sales cycles β from first conversation through negotiation and close
π Build and execute strategic account plans for high-value prospects and priority verticals
π§ Partner with Marketing, Strategy, and Creative teams to craft compelling pitches, proposals, and deal structures
π Represent TubeScience at industry events and within your professional network
βοΈ Help refine sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting as the sales function scales
𧬠Who You Are
π 10 years of sales experience in media, creative, or advertising agency services
π Proven track record of closing 6-figure mid-market deals
π€ Deep, trusted relationships with senior marketing and growth leaders at major brands
π± Master understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing
π£οΈ Polished communicator with executive-level presence and presentation skills
π Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable building in fast-moving environments
π Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
