Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments supporting drug discovery and development programs.
- Apply molecular and cellular biology techniques to investigate therapeutic mechanisms and drug targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including translational research, clinical, and regulatory groups.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of experimental procedures and outcomes.
- Present scientific findings internally and contribute to reports and publications.
- Stay current with emerging scientific literature and technologies relevant to ongoing projects.
Must-Have Skills:
- Ph.D. in Biology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or related life sciences field (Master’s with significant industry experience considered).
- 2–5 years of relevant industry or postdoctoral research experience.
- Strong expertise in molecular and cellular biology techniques such as PCR, Western blot, cell culture, and flow cytometry.
- Proven ability to design experiments and interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working with in vitro and/or in vivo model systems.
- Familiarity with translational research approaches.
- Knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Background in oncology, immunology, or biologics development.
Salary : $115,000 - $150,000
