This role sits at the executive table. You will own the full FP&A function, lead financial planning and modeling for the business, partner directly with senior leadership, and present to the Board of Directors. It is a high-visibility, high-influence position for someone who wants their fingerprints on real business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial planning
- Build, own, and continuously evolve end-to-end financial models including scenarios and sensitivities
- Partner with senior and executive leadership to translate operational performance into financial insight
- Prepare and present Board of Directors materials and executive-level dashboards
- Oversee financial reporting for a new plant location, including direct oversight of on-site finance staff
- Drive FP&A process improvement, automation, and AI adoption
- Lead and develop the FP&A team
Must-Have Skills:
- 10 years of progressive FP&A experience
- Manufacturing industry background
- Advanced financial modeling expertise — full build from assumptions through executive-level output
- Proven experience presenting to and influencing C-suite and Board-level stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and ERP / financial planning system proficiency
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- MBA or advanced finance degree
- Infor EPM, Power BI, Workday, or similar tool experience
- M&A or integration experience
- Multi-site or matrixed manufacturing organization experience
