The Opportunity:
Join a leading organization in the oil and gas sector that fuels growth for distributors and retail partners. This senior role offers the chance to shape a high‑impact sales strategy, drive profitable volume expansion, and lead a dynamic team of wholesale account managers across remote locations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to grow fuel volume and gross profit across wholesale and commercial/industrial channels.
- Develop and execute the annual sales plan, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the Wholesale Account Manager team to achieve volume, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Maintain and expand strategic customer relationships, act as brand ambassador, and represent the company at industry events.
- Oversee sales operations, pipeline management, CRM utilization, and performance reporting through dashboards.
- Collaborate with supply, logistics, and credit teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment of customer solutions.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven track record of sales leadership in the wholesale petroleum or related commodity industry.
- Deep understanding of wholesale fuel sales dynamics, pricing structures, and contract compliance.
- Ability to develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies for diverse customer segments.
