Responsibilities:
- Own full P&L for assigned accounts, driving equipment sales, parts, and service revenue.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with corporate objectives across equipment, parts, and service domains.
- Lead and manage Field Service Engineers, optimizing resource allocation for timely, high‑quality service delivery.
- Expand after‑sales revenue streams by converting reactive service into structured service agreements.
- Align commercial commitments with operational execution, collaborating with engineering, logistics, and global teams.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, identify business risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven ability to manage complete P&L responsibilities within a technology or semiconductor environment.
- Strong strategic sales acumen combined with operational execution expertise.
- Leadership experience directing Field Service Engineer teams and cross‑functional groups.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
- Quantitative and analytical proficiency for forecasting and financial management.
- Ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and meet tight deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
