Responsibilities:
- Document current-state processes, user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Support SAP CRM configuration tasks, including system settings, parameters, reference data, workflows, and related changes.
- Execute unit, regression, and user acceptance testing; capture evidence and log defects with reproducible steps.
- Assist with change management activities, including release notes, user communications, and post-deployment verification.
- Provide Tier 1–2 functional support for standard CRM issues and service requests.
- Troubleshoot application issues, gather diagnostics, and escalate complex problems with complete context.
- Maintain user guides, knowledge articles, configuration documentation, and troubleshooting runbooks.
- Support data validation activities, security governance, and documentation of CRM roles, permissions, and workflows.
Must-Have Skills:
- Foundational knowledge of SAP and CRM configuration concepts.
- Ability to document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience or knowledge of structured testing practices, including unit, regression, and UAT support.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow established standards and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with business and IT stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- 0–3 years of experience in application support, business systems analysis, CRM, or enterprise applications, including internships or co-ops.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with CRM or other enterprise business applications.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing and work management tools.
- Experience working with Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of change control, release readiness, and post-deployment validation.
- Experience creating knowledge articles, user guides, test scripts, or team playbooks.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Exposure to data validation, basic reconciliations, and enterprise application integrations.
