As an ERP Business Systems Analyst, you will help optimize enterprise applications, improve business processes, and support users across multiple functions and locations.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business needs and translate them into clear business, functional, and system requirements.
- Support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations across manufacturing, supply chain, warehouse, inventory, and production processes.
- Provide day-to-day application support, incident resolution, problem analysis, system administration, and service restoration.
- Assist with documenting current-state and future-state processes, system gaps, enhancement requests, test scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize assigned enterprise applications and related integrations.
- Participate in testing, data validation, issue tracking, implementation activities, user documentation, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Communicate system status, maintenance schedules, service interruptions, and application changes to business users and customers.
- Identify recurring issues, process inefficiencies, and opportunities to improve system usability, supportability, and operational performance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Three to five years of experience in business systems, application support, business analysis, or a related IT role.
- Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Master Planning, Production Control, Production Planning, Inventory Management, and Advanced Warehouse Management.
- Practical experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, planning, inventory, warehouse, or production operations.
- Working knowledge of enterprise application configuration, troubleshooting, integrations, and internal or enterprise infrastructure.
- Basic-to-intermediate proficiency with Microsoft SQL or reporting tools for data research, validation, and testing.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to participate in on-call support for system failures or issues affecting operations.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM or comparable enterprise systems.
- Experience with global business operations, distributed users, and cross-functional technology support.
- Knowledge of database development and management in Microsoft SQL environments.
- Experience with ERP implementations, system upgrades, post-go-live stabilization, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with quality systems, standard work, HSE practices, and operational documentation.
- Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, process reviews, or business change activities.
