General Job Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the company's enterprise business systems. This role works directly with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management stakeholders to translate business requirements into standardized business processes, defined system workflows, and practical system configurations.
The position will play a key role in standing up Deltek Costpoint ERP and TIPQA Quality Management Systems for a new aerospace manufacturing operation. The analyst will lead the setup and configuration of defined business workflows, approvals, and business rules within the enterprise systems to ensure consistent execution of operational processes.
This position serves as the bridge between business operations and enterprise applications, ensuring system capabilities align with operational objectives while promoting standardized, efficient, and scalable processes.

Essential Job Functions:
- Partner with functional stakeholders to understand business processes and system requirements.
- Configure and maintain workflows, forms, approvals, user roles, notifications, and business rules within Deltek Costpoint and TIPQA.
- Document current-state and future-state business processes using standard process mapping techniques.
- Translate operational requirements into functional system configurations.
- Support implementation of ERP, Quality Management, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing modules.
- Assist in development of standard operating procedures, work instructions, and user guides.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), document test results, and support issue resolution.
- Manage configuration documentation, change logs, and implementation records.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through automation and system capabilities.
- Help establish scalable enterprise business processes supporting production growth.
- Support system administration activities including user setup, security roles, and master data governance.
- Coordinate with software vendors and implementation partners to resolve configuration issues.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing functional support.
- Participate in cross-functional process improvement initiatives as the organization transitions from startup to serial production.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Experience with workflow configuration, reporting, and dashboard development.
- Experience documenting business processes and translating requirements into system solutions.
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint ERP and TIPQA (or similar Quality Management Systems) is preferred.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple functional organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2 years of experience supporting ERP, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain business systems. Aerospace or Defense Manufacturing preferred.
- Prior experience in a compliance and control driven environment, SOX Controls is preferred.
- Based in Bristow, Oklahoma, with close partnership and alignment with the Jupiter, FL facility.
- Strong connection to Jupiter, FL facility – will be working onsite in Jupiter extensively during the first year of employment requiring travel.
