Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a specific niche or niches within the commercial insurance market.
- Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Consistently set and exceed sales quotas by proactively identifying and converting prospects.
- Understand prospective client needs and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
- Efficiently budget and allocate resources to maximize sales outcomes.
- Focus on targeting middle market accounts with premiums in the $25,000-$30,000 range.
Must-Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills with proven ability to navigate the sales process.
- Proven track record of surpassing revenue goals
- California P&C Insurance License
- Ability to build and manage a book of business independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
