The Preferred Qualifications for Success:
- A current Property & Casualty license
- A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in a sales-focused role in a captive or retail insurance space
- A knack for leveraging technology to deliver compelling sales presentations and maintain meticulous, accurate client records
- Exceptional ability to cultivate and nurture robust business-to-business networks and lasting professional partnerships
- In-depth expertise in a wide array of commercial insurance coverages and products
The Key Responsibilities:
- You will be set up for success immediately, benefiting from a steady flow of inbound leads and existing client relationships, allowing you to focus on development without the pressure of self-sourcing business in the early stages
- The initial phase of this role is focused on inside sales and a structured development track, providing a supportive environment to hone your skills before transitioning into full-cycle selling
- Providing attentive support for customer inquiries, complaints, and claims, and expertly negotiating and finalizing new insurance policies
- Maintaining meticulous records of all sales activities and client interactions within our management systems
