Key Qualifications Needed to Thrive:
- Active P&C license
- 3 years of commercial lines account management at a retail brokerage

The Position:
- Address client inquiries, provide comprehensive coverage information, and effectively resolve issues related to billing, claims, and policy specifics
- Assume responsibility for designated accounts, encompassing policy adjustments, renewals, endorsements, insurance certificates, audits, and cancellations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, and underwriters
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new business development and cross-sell relevant insurance products to existing clients
