Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a profitable book of personal lines business targeting high-net-worth and complex risk clients.
- Develop and execute business development strategies through referrals, centers of influence, and strategic networking.
- Advise clients on comprehensive personal insurance programs including homeowners, auto, umbrella, valuables, and specialty coverages.
- Partner with internal service teams to deliver a high-touch, white-glove client experience.
- Leverage carrier relationships to structure competitive, customized coverage solutions.
- Maintain and deepen long-term relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
- Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and strategies for market expansion.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5–10 years of proven personal lines insurance production experience.
- Strong ability to build and maintain referral partnerships with wealth advisors, real estate professionals, and attorneys.
- Demonstrated consultative, relationship-driven sales approach.

- Proven success operating in fast-paced, client-centric environments.
