We are partnering with a well-established, team-oriented insurance agency seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a higher-end book of business, and being part of a collaborative, positive office culture. This role can be oniste or hybrid.
This role will support a $2.5 million personal lines book with accounts ranging up to approximately $15K in premium, including higher-end and ENS business. The agency is looking for someone who is personable, professional, detail-oriented, and someone who genuinely fits well within a close-knit team environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage and service an established personal lines book of business
- Handle policy changes, renewals, endorsements, remarketing, and coverage reviews
- Build strong relationships with clients and carrier partners
- Work collaboratively with producer and team members to deliver excellent client service
- Assist clients with higher-end and ENS accounts
- Maintain accuracy and organization in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused office culture
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance account management
- Experience handling higher-end accounts and/or ENS business preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Has experience with EPIC
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary $65K
- Commission and overtime opportunities with total compensation potential upwards of $75 to 80K
